| Spray a frying pan with nonstick cooking
spray. Brown turkey, onion, and green pepper. Add pasta sauce, tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve in pita halves. Serves four. One serving equals 1 protein, 1 starch, ½ vegetable, ½ free exchange. | ||
