Crunchy Chicken Nuggets |

Ingredients 2 cups bread crumbs 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. black pepper 20 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 tsp. olive oil |

Combine bread crumbs, paprika and pepper in a large plastic bag. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add three to four pieces to the bag (do not crowd bag). Seal bag and shake to coat chicken. Place coated chicken pieces on a large plate. Repeat using remaining chicken pieces. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken pieces.
Cook 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, turning as needed. Serves Four. | |
